These Terms govern access to and use of Co-ordinAIte's public website, couple application, vendor application and related services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using Co-ordinAIte, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Co-ordinAIte provides wedding-planning tools for couples and portal features for wedding professionals. Features may include dashboards, guest and RSVP management, invitations, seating, budgets and expenses, planning tasks, wedding websites, registries, vendor discovery and messaging, vendor listings, availability, scheduling and third-party integrations. Features may change as the service develops.
Co-ordinAIte is a planning and coordination platform. Unless expressly stated, it is not a wedding planner, vendor, payment provider or party to agreements between couples, guests and vendors.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. We may require email or identity verification.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, violate law or others' rights, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, probe or bypass security, scrape or overload the service, send spam, harass users, use the service for fraud, or access information without permission. You may not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
5. User-provided content and wedding data
You retain ownership of content and wedding data you provide. You grant Co-ordinAIte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content, including guest information, images and website material.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup and appropriate use of your content. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for wedding planning.
6. Vendor information and relationships
Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, availability, prices, qualifications, images, communications and fulfilment of their services. A listing, search result, message or availability indication is not an endorsement or guarantee by Co-ordinAIte. Couples should evaluate vendors independently. Any booking, payment, cancellation, dispute or service agreement between a couple and vendor is between those parties unless Co-ordinAIte expressly agrees otherwise.
7. Google Calendar and third-party integrations
Vendors may optionally authorise Google Calendar access. The integration can list editable calendars and read, create, update and delete events in the calendar selected by the vendor. Actions taken through Co-ordinAIte may therefore change or delete information in Google Calendar. Review event details before confirming changes.
You authorise Co-ordinAIte and the relevant third party to exchange the information needed for the feature you request. You may disconnect the integration, but content already created in a third-party service may remain there. Third-party terms and availability also apply, and Co-ordinAIte is not responsible for third-party service changes, outages or independent data practices.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Some vendor features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing frequency, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms should be shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. The final commercial terms, refund policy, automatic-renewal rules and cancellation process require confirmation before these Terms are published.
9. Intellectual property
Co-ordinAIte and its licensors own the service, software, designs, branding and related intellectual property, excluding user-provided content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership. “Co-ordinAIte” and associated branding may not be used without permission.
10. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material changes that adversely affect active paid use.
11. Third-party services
The service may depend on or link to third-party identity, calendar, mapping, payment, messaging, hosting, domain or other services. Co-ordinAIte does not control and is not responsible for those services. Use of them may be governed by separate terms.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Co-ordinAIte disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee vendor suitability, availability, performance, wedding outcomes, AI-generated or AI-assisted results, or that all data will always be preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-ordinAIte will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities or data, arising from the service. Any aggregate liability cap and exclusions must be set by the operating entity and reviewed for enforceability under the governing law before publication. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, material breach or harm to users or the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and Google user data. It forms part of these Terms by reference where permitted by law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, business or legal changes. Revised Terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment, notices, entire-agreement language, governing law, courts and dispute-resolution provisions must be completed by legal counsel for the operating entity.
